I keep getting an error message when I try to upload pay stubs. I uploaded a batch of 33 stubs on 12/27/24 with no issues. Due to some amounts owed being omitted when payroll was turned in for the 27th, I had to upload a second batch of 15 stubs on 12/28/24. These will not upload. The dates and amounts are not duplicated, so the system should not "view" them as duplicate checks. I've troubleshot with everything I could find on the community hub (unchecked, saved, and rechecked the Sage HR option for each employee, re-saved each check individually, and deleted and rekeyed each check again). Nothing has worked, and the stubs still won't upload. What could be causing this issue to occur? It is only for this one company. The other company that utilizes Sage HR is working correctly.
