Rates of pay have never automatically populated on new Employee setup screens unless you setup a new Employee by copying an existing Employee's profile. You can do this by opening an existing Employee and then typing in a new Employee ID code and clicking Save to save the new Employee with the same settings as the Employee that you copied. DO NOT USE THE CHANGE ID FUNCTION for this copy process. Doing so would result in changing an existing Employee's ID code. Make sure that if you copy an existing Employee ID to make a new Employee ID, remember to change the rest of the Employee Information, i.e., Name, Address, SSN, etc. as needed.
