Employee Defaults - Employee Field Reorder

How do I reorder my Employee Fields so there are not blank spots in between Fields? In "Employee Defaults", it will not let you reorder the employee fields or company fields, leaving blank spots.

    You cannot reorder your Employee Fields in the Employee Defaults to eliminate blanks in-between fields. You can, however, reorder your Employee Fields on the entry screens by going into Maintain and Default Information and Payroll Settings. There, you will find a Field Order option that will allow you to rearrange how the fields appear on your Select for Payroll Entry and normal Payroll Entry screens.
