Direct deposit has not been received by employees

On Monday, December 30, 2024 I entered payroll for Friday, January 3, 2025.

It is now Friday, and none of the direct deposits were received by my employees however the payroll has been deducted from our bank account and all paystubs show Transmitted. It showed Transmitted on Tuesday, December 31, so I know it was done in a timely fashion.

Please let me know ASAP!!!!

    Hi Nicole,

    If everything shows as transmitted in Sage 50 and the funds were taken from the funding account, I would recommend reaching out to the direct deposit processor iSolved to investigate further.  You can reach them with the following contact information.

    Thank you. I did talk to iSolved. We think it has to do with the glitch that seems to be happening with what seems to be 2025 paychecks. Only my paycheck didn't hit which is way better than my whole teams. I've been trying to get help regarding paystubs not being able to get uploaded since my first 2025 paycheck run but I'm getting no where. I would've caught that issue if the paystub would've run correctly. I'm getting the same message yet again for this week too. Not the only one. Hopefully someone from Sage will actually step in and help.
