1099 Name in Optional Name.

Is there a fix for this where I don't have to enter all the names manually in the last name, first name, middle name columns?

Hi Dav Ovc, 
 
 If the vendor is a business filing with an FEIN number rather than an individual filing with an SSN you can check the box in the column "TIN Flag / Check if FEIN" to remove the requirement for entering first/last name. If the vendor is an individual filing with an SSN you will need to enter the information to proceed.
