For more than a year we have been trying to have Sage calculate Alabama overtime correctly.  AL overtime IS NOT taxes to Alabama income.  We were given some wild fix and told to put the regular hourly rate in Special A.  Of course this did not work.  Every paycheck with overtime in Alabama we have to manually correct the tax.  

Now that the government is considering not taxing overtime to Federal income, I seriously doubt Sage will be able to fix this also.

To make things worse...Quickbooks has had the fix from 1/1/24.  If Quickbooks can fix it why can't Sage.  One more reason to leave Sage.

I have been using Sage since 1983 or 1984 when it was run by Delicia from Birmingham, AL.  Wonder what she would think now.
