You can only run payroll reports for your two open payroll years. So you will need to use an archive company, if you have one, or restore an old backup to a new company.

To access archived companies, go the File menu and select Open Archived Company. If you don't have an archive from the needed time frame, you'll need to restore an old backup. Any backup that was made after your last 2023 payroll but before the 2023 payroll year was closed will work. When you restore the backup, make sure you select the option to restore to a new company, not overwrite an existing company.

Either way, you will have to combine data from the 2023 report and the 2024 report in Excel.
