I have set up sick time accruals at 48 hours per year, this seems to be working, and adding to balance when I make a payroll, however the time that is used does not seem to be deducting from the remaining time. This is using the company default with the formulas used: Sick_add for total hours and Sick_rem for remaining. The employee is supposed to have a balance starting at 7.38 and an accrual rate of .92. The employee used 1.5 hours during the current payroll. I have already added the beginning balance in the general tab (maybe there is a better way to do this?) I am at a loss for why the used time is not being reflected on the remaining balance for the year. Any ideas?
