I need to do a 2016 payroll tax update so I can do my next payroll but the update won't seem to load. It says it was downloaded but when I close the program, nothing happens. I know in order to upgrade to quantum 2016, I have to update my Microsoft server from 2003 to 2008 or 2012. But I did not think having server 2003 would stop me from downloading 2016 tax update. Anybody?
