Within the Company that you need to connect the Crystal Report to, go into Maintain then Users and Setup Security. Client on the Data Access/Crystal Reports tab and choose the second option on the left. Click on the Change button to set the password that you'd like to use with Crystal Reports. When done, on the right side of the screen, with Crystal Reports closed, click on the hyperlink Install Sage 50 Data Functions. Once you receive the confirmation that this has been done, click on the Save and Close button at the bottom of the screen. Open Crystal Reports and when the system asks you for the User Name, it will prepopulate Peachtree, and then fill in the Password that you specified in Sage 50 for Crystal Reports.

Thanks for your reply.  I followed all of those instructions but still get the error referenced above.

Its ok though I was able to get what I needed via another method.
