    You can either enter Time Tickets and have those flow through a Payroll Cycle, or you can code Payroll Entries directly to Job Cost. Either way, Employee Labor can only flow through to Job Cost through a Payroll Entry. For your subcontractors, as long as you code either the Accounts Payable Bill, or the Cash Disbursements to Jobs, then the Job Cost module will see that cost.
