You can buy a license of Crystal Reports Designer directly from SAP (if you need to create/change reports).

Or, if you only need to preview/print/export, you can get one of the free/inexpensive Crystal Reports viewers listed here. 

You can use Crystal Reports with current versions of Sage 50. Sage no longer provides a copy of Crystal Reports to users, but the software still integrates with Crystal Reports without problems.
