It appears that my back up was not backing up since March 2024 (corrupt). I started year end wizard and it did not back up. The wizard did not move forward as well. Now I have lost all data from March 24 through year end as the system will only pull in last back up in March 2024. We use the cloud hosting sever and they have tried restore but I only see data from March. How can I get back 2024 data? Same story with sage IT. I am dead in the water. Not sure how I can recreate data at this point, impossible.
