annual subscription

I have paid my subscription,  yet, I am unable to save any work on sage.  Any Ideas?

    Hi Robert,

    If you've just renewed your subscription but your program is still in a read-only mode you may need to update your subscriptions by going to Help, Sage 50 Subscription Updates.  It's recommended to first try the Online activation but its possible that this could be blocked on your machine so if the online method does not get you out of read-only then it would be recommended to try the Manually option.
