Yes you can undo a year end close by restoring the backup that the program required you to make just prior to doing the close process.

We have tried that already. It only allows us to pull up a few things from within the program. We have tried reaching Sage by phone and email. We really need customer support at this point

If you have tried restoring a pre-closing backup, as Donald suggested, and you are still having problems with accessing your data from before closing the Fiscal Year, you can either try contacting Sage Support directly at 866-747-3888, or you can reach out to a Certified Consultant, such as us, for paid support assistance.
