We're excited to share that Sage BusinessWorks 2023.0.06 SP6 product update and 2021.0.20 SP20* compliance release are now available!
Here are some of the highlights in the Sage BusinessWorks 2023 SP6 release:
- The company name has been added to the subject line when sending a form attachment. For example when an invoice is emailed the subject line with be ABC Company Invoice instead of the previous subject OE Invoice. This was based on suggestions from the idea site.
- 3 new payroll check forms and 3 new direct deposit forms have been added. These forms have a detailed breakout of itemized hours worked, piece work rates/pieces and payrate. The forms are called:

- Payroll Check Detailed Dual Stub
- Payroll Check Detailed Top Stub
- Direct Deposit Detailed Btm Stub
- Direct Deposit Detailed Dual Stub
- Direct Deposit Detailed Top Stub
For 2023 SP6 as well as 2021 SP20 Payroll compliance updates for:

*Note: If you're on release 2021, please note that December 30, 2024 will be the last service pack (SP) for 2021. After that time, we won't produce additional compliance updates for this release so please prepare to upgrade to a more current release before that time so you can continue to take advantage of compliance updates.

If you integrate with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.
- Visit the Sage BusinessWorks Download Portal and select to download the appropriate service pack for your version.
- To verify your version select Help, About
- If you are prompted to log on, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, and then click Log on.
