Reported issue Sage BusinessWorks 2024 SP9: Pay stubs missing shift 6 OT data in Reportable OT Premium YTD

After installing Service Pack 9 for Sage BusinessWorks 2024, pay stubs aren’t showing the correct Reportable OT Premium YTD amount.

We're investigating the issue and planning on including the fix in our next release.

Workaround

  1. Upgrade to Sage BusinessWorks 2025.
  2. Install Service Pack 2 (SP2).

    Payroll checks are printed every Friday for our employees in our company, the OT premium YTD amount would include OT back from 1/1/26 even the BusinessWorks software is upgraded later in January?  Is that correct?
