Payroll Module - Printing Employee Notes

Question

I am receiving an error of: Access Violation at address 5005A837 in module 'RTL260.bpl'. I can not print the NOTES for an employee. 
 
 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi MoniqueStuart- 
 This is a reported issue in V2021 that our engineers are still reviewing for a fix. You can try highlighting the notes and copying and pasting to a MS Word document as a possible workaround. Another possible option is the PR, Employees, Employee Master List, although a long report, does give you an option to Print Notes or not.

Yes, this issue has been reported and they are still working on it. Here is the article if you would like to follow it. Errors will occur when printing or previewing any report group in Sage BusinessWorks 2021 (107372). The work around for now is to print the reports directly from the respective modules.
