Looking for the 2022 updates for payroll. When is the new version with the 2022 payroll updates going to be released for download?

 The 2022 tax tables should be out this week. 
 Tax table updates for the tax year 2022 have been delayed awaiting final government tax table data. 
 They likely will be available the first week of January. They will be in 2021 SP8 and 2020 SP8 and should be installed after printing all your W-2s and tax reports. 
 You can close the payroll year before your W-2s have been printed and can run a payroll or two without the tax update installed. 
 Tax table updates for the new year should be installed AFTER you have processed your W-2s. The tax table updates will include any changes to social security (OASDI) limits which could affect processing of your W-2s for employees who exceeded the OASDI limit. Make sure you have finished processing W-2s before you install any tax table updates.
