Unfortunately, I am not familiar with your situation of processing a 1099 without selecting a state and entering a state payer’s number.  If that is how you need your 1099 to be process, but the system is saying it is required,  then I would recommend you reach out to Aatrix directly to see if they have a work around for you.  Aatrix is the company who programs and creates the tax reports used in the Enhance Tax Reporting program.  They may be able to provide a work around or a solution to bypass the current programming to allow you to leave certain fields blank.  For assistance with Aatrix please contact Aatrix support at 701-746-6814 or by email at [email protected].
