Issue with Sales Rep ID when creating custom exports/reports

SOLVED

Hi,

The standard sales order report correctly associates orders with the sales rep ID assigned to each order. However, custom reports and exports from created from the OE a module are pulling the sales rep ID tied to the customer card, rather than the one assigned to individual orders. Since one customer can have multiple orders with different sales rep IDs, we need the export/report to reflect the correct sales rep ID for each order.

Is there a reason that the custom reports/exports for sales orders does not have access to this information?
Is there a way to ensure the assigned sales rep ID is accurately exported with custom sales order reports and exports?

Thanks,

Michael

    Hi Michael,

Currently, Sage BusinessWorks does not provide an option to select the Sales Rep from the Order Entry Sales Order or Sales Order Line Items data sources. The only available option is to select the sales rep from the ARCustomer table, which may not always correspond to the sales rep assigned to the sales order.
