How do I find information on how many hours employees worked during the year?

    Hi  ,

    Thanks for reaching out! You can use the Employee Hours List report to get the total hours worked in a year.

    1. Select PR, Reports, Employee Reports, Employee Lists, Employee Hours List.
    2. For Employee ID, select ALL or a specific range.
    3. For Employee status select All or Active, Inactive, or Terminated.
    4. For Check date, change All to Between and enter the check date range for your report.

    Information included in the report
      NOTE: This report does NOT include Comp time taken. 

    • Regular hours and wages
    • Overtime hours and wages
    • Vacation, Sick and Holiday hours and wages
    • Gross Pay

    If you need a separate page per employee showing 2025 overtime totals, please see Report for overtime totals with a page for each employee.
