Can I run 2026 W2's after the first half of the year

Our business was purchased by a different company in February 2026. Everything will be going to the new server and program. Can I run W-2 forms after Q2-26?

    Hi  ,

    Thanks for reaching out! You can print W-2s at any time; however, they will display on the 2025 W-2 form using your 2026 totals. The updated 2026 W-2 form will be available on December 20, 2026.
