My company is running an old version of BusinessWorks - Ver. 12.  Up until now we had an older HP 5P printer attached to print reports and checks.  Well the printer finally died and we upgraded to an HP M401dne.  It is connected to our network and prints fine from multiple computers and programs.  The problem is printing reports through BusinessWorks.

When I try to print a report, whether I'm printing to screen, a chosen printer, or to a file I encounter an error.  It says something like:

BWWAP caused a General Protection Fault in module MZPV.DLL at 0005:03D8.  Choose close.  BWWAP will close. 

OR

BWWAP caused a General Protection Fault in module SDE3016.DLL at 0001:358E.  Choose close.  BWWAP will close. 

It will not allow me to run a report in any manner.  Am I dead in the water or is there a fix for this?  Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated!
