We are happy to announce the release of an update to version 2026.1.
Note: Starting this year, we’re updating our release naming to match a quarterly cadence. Going forward, release versions will use the calendar year and quarter number: YYYY.Q. For example, 2026.1 is the release planned for the end of the first quarter (Q1) in 2026, and the next release planned for the end of Q2 will be 2026.2.

Download Sage 100 Contractor 2026.1 - If you are prompted to log in, enter your Customer Portal Username and Password, and then click Log in. If a previously viewed article appears, search for Sage Knowledgebase article 120630.
We recommend that all customers update to the latest version to take advantage of the improvements.
What’s New
Sage 100 Contractor version 2026.1 includes the following changes:
US Edition
- West Virginia state withholding tax update
Both Editions
- Printing custom reports and forms is successful in windows that include the new Document Distribution feature
- Job list retrieval is successful when connected to Sage Estimating or other integrated products
- The API used to query AP Invoice no longer gives an invalid column error
