January 17th and still no Payroll Update

I downloaded and installed the update sent to us in December.  No payroll data was updated.

I contacted SAGE via Chat because their system will not allow a support ticket to be generated (for this we pay thousands of dollars every year).  The individual in Chat stated the version number and Database number will not match.  Fine, although this makes no sense, when will the payroll be updated.  He assured me it was updated.

It is not updated.

I contacted SAGE again via Chat because their system will not allow a support ticket to be generated (for this we pay thousands of dollars every year).  The individual in Chat stated they are working hard and it isn't ready yet but my employees won't know the difference when it changes.

Is it just me or is SAGE not providing the Customer Service and Payroll Updates in a timely and useful manner?  Has anyone else been able to update their payroll?
