We are new to Simple Time. Keep getting error message when trying to setup Azure in Database Administration. error message "AADAP FAILURE".
Apparently it's been an issue since Feb 13th. Any progress on resolving this issue?

I got mine fixed in mid-April. I worked with a support lady and first she remoted in and said that I didn't have IIS installed on my computer. Still got the error message. The support lady from Sage worked and worked and finally had me change my password for the Microsoft online admin. And then it worked. She had me change some special charaters and not end it in a number. Simple Time works great now. Our guys really like it. Good Luck!
The app on an iphone kicked me off and when I reloaded it I received the message Error 4012. Employers server not configured properly

Hi Dan. It may be the AADAP service on your server is not running. On the server, open Database Administration, go to Server Management, Enable Sage Mobile Apps, then click Test AADAP. The try Test Server API. You can also click Restart AADAP if the service is not running.
If you get errors in either of these tests, then click Uninstall Proxy. When done, close and reopen Database Administration, go back to Enable Sage Mobile Apps, then click Reinstall Proxy. The reinstall is much quicker than the initial install.
