Live Chat not working / need assistance

Hello.  I am trying to use my live chat through the Sage 100 Contractor software.  It allows me to enter my name, reason for the chat, account number and email, but then just times out.  Nothing pops up, no error, nothing.  

I need assistance but have no way of getting it.  

I need to know if I can merge two job numbers together or transfer all costs from one job to another.  I have costs from 2023 that are in one job, but they need to be in a different one.

    Hello HMW. There is not a method for merging 2 jobs together, but job costs can be reallocated to another job using the steps in this Knowledgebase article. Keep in mind this only transfers the job costs, not any invoices, payments, payroll references, or. other references. If you need all records to go from one job to another, you will have to void those records and recreate them under the new job.

    Yes you can do a journal entry to re-allocate the job costs from one job to another.  But if you have a lot of records and you don't want to lose the details associated with them, such as the go to source for AP or payroll, the employee or vendor name, and the hours then there is another solution.  Please reach out to Wright Office Solutions.  www.wrightoffice.com 517-580-3717
