Why can't I edit a takoff? No one else is currently editing it and the lock edit box is not checked.

We have three takeoffs in our system right now. I'm currently only able to edit one of them. The others I can open and look at, but not edit.

Hi Char! No, that was not the issue. It was a me issue! I thought the lock icon column that gives the prompt "Double click to lock a row and prevent updating the cost" only locked the cost and dollar amounts…

Lilah, We may need more information on your issue. It's possible your security access doesn't allow you to do that. I recommend you access Chat and then ask for a callback so we can remote to look at what's happening.

I don't think its a security issue. I have full access and I've even tried logging in with admin rights and exclusively, without success.
