I was not able to get the import to successfully work directly from our credit card website - even after working with the Sage help team.  The work around was to download the transactions, save to an Excel spreadsheet and then copy/paste into the import screen.  The Excel spreadsheet columns must mirror the import screen and there is still some data entry required - account #s, etc.  However, because all the job cost data is right on the import screen it is so much faster.  I cut the amount of hours required to enter the credit card statement data from 40+ hours each month to less than 10.  Good luck!
