Running report 8.1.4.21 and entering 1 piece of equipment. What does this mean? Same result with 8.1.4.22 etc. or choosing different equipment numbers.
Bushman, that usually means the report has the wrong type of name. However, since you mention 21, it may be the form that's the problem. You could also have corrupt printing defaults or even a corrupt user. Following are a couple of links to try. If they don't work, access Live Chat through the program and ask for a callback so we can remote with you to troubleshoot better.
In case the printing defaults are corrupt, select each report individually and select menu option "Defaults, Delete printing defaults". Exit the report screen and try it again.

Perfect - It was a corrupt report form. Can you tell me how to delete that form so it doesn't get used again?
HI Bushman. This error was also associated with an issue running custom reports or forms that were pointing the misc table in the database. These reports would work fine in version 24 and prior, but would error out in versions after. This issue was fixed in the 26.1 release in May. If you are already on version 26.1, then it is probably a damaged form.
Also good to know as we are running on 25.3.84.0 . Not sure what release that would be, but I am thinking version 25?
Correct, so you would need to upgrade to the latest (26.1.172).
