Hello,

First time posting and I tried to search for an answer before I created this new question (and posted in the wrong forum apparently).. 

I am more of an IT person vs a Sage user but I have an end user who is trying to open the "Takeoff" option after he logs into Sage and down in the task bar it shows that a new window opens with the title of "Takeoff" but the small preview window is just a white screen and after minimizing all windows and just clicking on it nothing appears.

I installed all Windows updates, graphic card updates, and rebooted, still got the same results.

I uninstalled Sage 100 and reinstalled the latest version to match what the server has and it still has the same results.

So far from what I have seen he is the only one with the issue and other items on the page where the "Takeoff" button is located work and open just fine, its just this one button.

I think this is an account issue and not a based on just his machine or software.

I logged into a different machine and loaded Sage and logged in with a different user account and the "Takeoff" window opens with no issue, but if I open sage as the user who is having the issue on his machine on this different machine he gets the same issue as his machine where the window just opens on the taskbar (with a white background) and nowhere else.

The end user said last week it was working fine for him on his machine but as of this yesterday or this morning it stopped working.
