Hi,

When I go to 2-4 Report Printing and use F5 to look up the account number I need Sage puts the number I select in the second box and then gives me this error message:

The program shuts down and I have to log back in.

It has been doing this for quite some time and I keep hoping it will stop when the program updates and it keeps happening.

I am using the program with Citrix connecting to a remote server.

Any help is appreciated.
