New Jersey Certified Payroll Report MW-562

Effective 8/15/24 the state of New Jersey is requiring all public works contractors to submit certified payroll through the states wage portal via uploading NJ MW-562 report or entering in manually, (currently entering in manually). Which includes entering fringe (union) benefits separately. My dilemma is our employees may work in 2 different unions in the same day same project. So far, I have not had a third party that could create a report, nor can Crystal report be written. All Information is in SAGE just need to get it out on paper. Any suggestions?

Angel,

I'm curious why the Union report in 5-1-7 won't work? It gives you all the union calculations with the rate and wages included. If there are multiple, it will show that. However, you do have to have the union listed under the Reporting section in 5-3-1 with the type of benefit it is in order for the report to display that.
