INCENTIVE BONUS CALCULATIONS

Question

Does anyone do incentive bonuses and if so how do calculate them. We are wanting to set this up based on the hours for each employee and the profitability of the completed jobs.

There are 2 ways to do a bonus check in the program. You can create a separate paycheck. Federal Income Tax is computed using the federal bonus table. Or you can include it on a paycheck. FIT is computed using the standard tax tables. There is a kb article with the full steps to help you figure out which method to enter it. kb913.
