Report Writer Help

Question

I am trying to customize a Transmittal Form. I need to bring in from the Receivables Clients: Address 1, Address 2, City, State and Zip. I am not sure how to write this so it will do just that.

(just saw your request) 
 If you still need this, open your printer screen from your report in the 6-11-3-xx menu, 
 
 click on "modify report", 
 then click on the "define calc fields" button, 
 then click on "select Global Calculations". 
 Inside there you will find several ready-made calc statements for Clients...
 
 scroll down to reccln.biladr and 
 click on it. 
 It will show up in your "Calc Field Expression" box. 
 Click save, and it's now ready to insert into your report. 
 (lots of other ready-made calcs there too)
