Trial Balance with quarter activity instead of current activity

Question

I need to create a Trial Balance with quarterly activity instead of the current period activity, not sure how to do this since there is no field for quarterly numbers. Any help would be great.

QTD Activity is a standard field in the Financial Statement Designer application. It is found at the very bottom of the list of available fields. Open your current Trial Balance design, double-click on a column to append or insert a new column, and scroll down to the very bottom of the list of fields and you will find "QTD Activity". This is documented in Knowledgebase Article 57095.

 The distance between the footer and the bottom of the page is controlled by your overall general report margin settings. If you have sufficient security permissions, from any application, go to Tools > Options and select the Report tab to adjust the bottom margin. Please note that his setting applies to all users for all reports that do not have a specific margin specified within the report design.
