I am attempting to create a Power BI report with some of the data from Sage. It needs to pull data about the job checklist items. However, for some reason the Checklist_12 item is not updating in the replicator database (The one we use to push Sage data to Procore), despite that box being checked for certain jobs. A bit of research suggested that the issue might be due to the changing the name of the checklist 12 item away from the default and that upgrading our files might help. However, as upgrading our files takes ~8 hours, we wanted to avoid that. We tried changing the name of the checklist 12 item back to default but it does not seem to have done the job. Does anyone have any ideas about how to deal with this other than attempting a file upgrade? Will the file upgrade even help here or does the issue lie elsewhere? Thanks!
