Is there a report I can run that shows me a comparison between what I've billed to date and what has been Job Costed to date? I haven't yet found what I'm looking for. I'm new to Sage 300 and will keep looking: if someone knows, please let me know!

Hi Kateb,
When you are in Sage 300, go to "PJC Analytical Reports" in "Project and Job Costing" on your left hand side, then, select "Over/Under Billings" report, this report will show you the amount billed to date and the actual costs of a job.
Hopefully this report helps. If you would like to see if there are other options available, please contact Sage 300 Support at 1-800-253-1372 and we can discuss further.

Hi Wendy,
I don't have "Project and Job Costing" on the left hand side. I've got Job Cost and Project Management. I checked through both modules and don't see a report called "PJC Analytical Reports. My software is Sage 300 CRE: is it a different report?
Hi KateB,
Start with in Job Cost, Reports, Cost Control, Profit or Profit (as of date). Those will show you job totals for contract amounts, costs, and billed amounts.
Thanks, Jesse!
That did work to show me all of the info at once.
