How do we change the format of our Service Management invoices?  Currently, sales tax is only showing at the very bottom right of the invoice, and multiple clients miss this and exclude sales tax when paying us.  Is there a relatively uncomplicated way of showing sales tax by line item?  And can the total be shown closer to the middle of the page so it's easier to be seen?
