Sage’s MyAssistant is specifically designed for this type of workflow.

With MyAssistant, you can:

• Schedule reports to run automatically (via Tasks)
• Generate PDFs from Sage or Crystal reports
• Automatically email those reports to recipients
• Save copies of those reports to a file path (server or network location)

MyAssistant saves to a server/local/network path, not directly to cloud services. However, if that folder is synced (e.g., Dropbox, OneDrive), it works seamlessly.

You could also:

• Use Windows Task Scheduler + macros
• Trigger report runs and export to PDF
• Save to a designated directory 

Austin Cotten I second the comments Ruth D Montijo said about My Assistant.   It's a very useful tool. We use it for various reports and payroll check notices to all employees.

it is an add on, it also sends out ACH payment notifications and lien waivers.  We find it useful. 

I agree, My Assistant is the way to go!
