Automatic Reporting & Downloading

Hello everyone,

We’re trying to determine whether Sage 300 CRE supports automated report generation and file storage.

Specifically, is there a way to have custom reports (PDFs) automatically generated on a schedule and saved to either:

  • A locally hosted directory (desktop or network file path), or
  • A cloud‑synced location such as Dropbox?

The goal would be for Sage 300 CRE to generate a custom dashboard-style PDF report and automatically save it into job-related folders, eliminating the need for manual export and filing.

Has anyone implemented something like this using native Sage functionality, report scheduler tools, or third‑party integrations? Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated.
