soritchie We do this with SAGE CRE300 and use My Assistant add on.   It works well.

• Verify Compatibility: Ensure you download the version of MyAssistant that matches your Sage 300 CRE version (e.g., MyAssistant 23.1 for Sage 300 CRE v23.1).
• Download Software: Access the Sage Knowledgebase and search for "MyAssistant Installation guide" to find download links.
• Installation: Install the My Assistant server components on the same server where Sage 300 CRE is installed.
• Configuration: Run the My Assistant Conf Manager to activate the product, configure database connections, and set up SMTP settings. 

My Assistant is a Sage add on that needs to be purchased. I would contact your consultant. 

Hi, as everyone else has mentioned, MyAssistant is an additional software that is installed which can then query and email the stubs for you. They will also need to be designed to meet your needs. Many of my clients send their pay stubs this way. 

If you use PrintBoss for check printing, it also has the ability to email check stubs (or DD stubs in this case)

If your exclusive goal is to email direct deposit stubs, I suggest using PrintBoss.  For more than half the price of MyAssistant, it will perform this task as well as eliminate the need to buy pre-printed checks.  Which adds to the cost savings and being more secure.  If you are looking for more than just emailing direct deposit stubs, such as running reports in off hours and having them saved to a network share or emailed to the owner/controller/etc, then MyAssistant might be worth looking into.  I've implemented both across many clients and they each have their pluses and minuses and depend on your budget and future growth.
