Importing estimates in job cost

Is it possible to create the job with the import estimate data or does the job always have to be set up before importing the estimate?

Our settings allow a job to be imported before it is setup. This can be dangerous though, if all fields are not imported, such as the GL Account Prefix and the other specific job setting information.
