We have two tenants in one company/property that annually have a deposit payable charge generating in PM.  It isn't a real charge - we are already holding a deposit for them and there aren't any changes.  I don't know why this charge pops up on their statement once a year but we have to void it. I looked under recurring charges to see if there was something accidentally set up to charge annually there there isn't.  What am  i missing?
