Upgrade from 9.8.45 Questions

I am looking for information on the complications of upgrading to most recent version of CRE300. We are currently running 9.8.45 and I am not sure what to expect when upgrading to most recent version.

There are many factors to consider when preparing to upgrade. 
 I suggest that you start by going to the Product Document web page located at 
 cdn.na.sage.com/.../CREDocs.html 
 You can also access this page by click on HELP in TS Main then selecting Product Documents. 
 From the Product Documents Page, select Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. 
 From there you can access the documents below that will provide you with some valuable information to prepare for the upgrade. The RELEASE NOTES will provide information regarding product changes. 
 Version 13.1 
 •Important document: Contains critical information to read before you install. 
 •Installation Checklist: Contains a brief description of the steps to upgrade the software. 
 •User's Guide: Contains information on installing and upgrading, system requirements, security, ODBC, server migration, and other technical information. 
 •Release Notes: Contains information about new features, database changes, known issues, and fixes for version 13.1. 
 •MyAssistant Upgrade Guide: Contains information about upgrading MyAssistant. 
 •Video: Update 4 for Version 13.1: Contains information about major features in 13.1 Update 4. 
 •Generate Electronic Payments workbook (Canada): Contains information about the new electronic payments feature in the Canadian version of Accounts Payable that is part of 13.1 Update 4.
