What version of Sage 300 CRE are you currently using? The version will reference 9.8 or 13.1 in your Help, About in the software. (example 13.1 Rev 7 Acc Update 6).

Are you referring to an Overhead Allocation rate you use in your Billings or AR finance changes?

version 13.1 and this is the overhead allocation rate I use for billings.

Most likely your Overhead Allocation rates are stored on one of the rate tables in Billings. Look under Setup, Rate Tables or Setup, Markup Tables in Billings. There is usually a default "Overhead" option in the Rate Table option but your company may have it designated differently.
