We upgraded from 9.8 to 13.1 and have a printing issue on just one workstation. When printing a report to file and selecting file type (PDF), the report runs and shows 100% finished BUT when you go to open report it shows as ZERO bytes and you cannot open the file. If you print preview the report it looks fine.

Any ideas?
