Can you please tell me how to get a PO that have been issued to date report?

I do not know of a report in Purchasing for orders that have been issued to date. You can connect Excel to the data via ODBC to view the data. You can then modify the view in Excel. You may need to work with your Sage Business Partner to do this. You can also have a custom Crystal Report created for this information, your Sage Business Partner can assist with this as well.
