Lead Archiving and Lead Stages

SUGGESTED

We archived a lead, but then were engaged by the customer on it again.  However, all of the files were now gone when we "unarchived" the lead.  Is this typical?

We also do not understand what the "final stage" status does on the lead stages.  Does this close the lead somehow?  It appears to do nothing at the moment.

The "Show in Portal" checkbox also appears to do nothing.  Any help explaining these functions would be great.

    Hi Karson,

I tested archiving and then un-archiving a lead, my linked files we're still linked. If you can reproduce this issue, please reach out to support.

Final Stage in Lead Stages is an indicator that the lead no longer requires any interaction. The default Final Stages are Awarded, Not Bidding, and Not Awarded, where you would no longer be working on those leads.

The Show in Portal checkbox is used when you want TeamLink users to be able to view the lead via the TeamLink portal.

    Thanks!
