How do I print a summary of all the estimates in a given lead?

I have a bid that requires 6 alternates in addition to the base bid.

How you I print all of them to review the bid and prepare to send the proposal to the client?

    Hi Ben,

On that screen, you can click the Reports button to get a summary of each estimate.

I wish it were so but, it is not the case.

if I follow that button it asks me for report category, subcategory ( of which there is no estimate or summary choice) and to choose a lead.

Are you using the same program?

    Hi Ben,

If you go to Estimates and click the Reports button, the reports window opens with 3 available reports and the Sub-category drop-down is blank. Don't click on the drop-down, just click on a report.

Also, on the Estimates screen, you can click Actions, Compare Estimates and compare up to 3 estimates, that might be helpful for you as well.

    Thanks!

Again, this is close but, not what I am asking for.I want to get a summary for all the estimates in a specific lead. Not all estimates by contact, classification or sales person. This is a company wide report for all leads. I would like one as a "Estimates grouped by lead"

How come the program has no option to print the expanded lead home screen or at least the lead home screen with the estimate totals shown?

That is a first step towards the useful report that I am needing. I want this information as a price report to show the customer as a proposal and I want a version of this report that shows the cost vs price for all estimates, all in one report for one lead. This is basic and readily available on other platforms even excel.

Why am i having to ask how to print a estimate report from an estimating software program? How can we make this basic output available and simple? I have already put in a suggestion for it, but this virtual suggestion box is where good and necessary upgrades go to die. My experience and suspicion is that this can be done quickly as a custom report or an additional filter option at the top of any of these three reports your directed me to above. But here we are again, how to I get the information put on a report, one that should already exist, without having to pay a fee and wait for your company to "get around to it" and without telling me how to get around it.
